In 1881, after his fathers death, he is living with his mother at 21 Greenwich Road, Greenwich.
I could not find Henry James Woollett in the 1891 census but there is a James Henry Woollett, a lodger, living in Newton, Lancashire. Could this be the missing Henry? Ages are the same, birthplace is shown as Maidstone, occupation as "sawyer".
To add to the confusion there is a James Woollett with a similar age in the 1901 census for Deptford but I do not think this is the samer person as he is shown as "father in law" and I do not think he had children.
